PARAMELT B.V. announces the acquisition of the Koster Keunen’s Investment Casting Wax Business

Heerhugowaard, The Netherlands, April 30, 2010.

Paramelt B.V, global leader of specialty waxes, today announced the acquisition of the Koster Keunen Investment Casting Wax business through its U.S. subsidiary, M. Argueso & Co., Inc. The acquired business will complement the existing Argueso Cerita ® product line. Paramelt and Argueso operate investment casting wax manufacturing facilities in Muskegon MI, Rosemead, CA, Heerhugowaard, The Netherlands, and in Suzhou, China.
